When Little Turtle is invited to attend his friend Deer’s birthday party, he gives his promise that he will come. Unfortunately for the slow-moving turtle, Deer’s house is a long way up the hill. But a promise is a promise! Even though it is a long journey, Little Turtle never gives up. When he eventually arrives at the party, everyone is delighted and touched that Little Turtle is true to his word.
