This is a story about helping and encouraging between friends. Popo the penguin receives a pair of singing skates, but he doesn't know how to skate and dares not to try. Despair and almost giving up, Popo gets help from his friend Shasha, who teaches him how to skate, and most important encourages him to try. And when Popo finally enjoys skating in the gentle music, Shasha also shares the great joy of success.
