When young Hercules learns that the king of Atlantis is working his slaves mercilessly to construct his island city, he offers his help to lessen the slaves' workload. Once the task is completed, he is angry that the slaves' suffering did not end. Hercules decides to teach the king a lesson and sinks his beautiful island city into the ocean.
