This biblical story recounts the life of Joseph, son of Jacob. The story begins with the gift of a rainbow robe from his father, which brought Joseph nothing but trouble. Jealousy led his brothers to sell him to slavery; as a slave, he was falsely convicted of a crime and put in prison. Still, Joseph kept his faith in God and eventually was awarded with a life of prosperity.
