Woof the Black Cat doesn't meow like other cats; instead, he barks like a dog. Other cats don't like him, so he went on a journey to find new friends. Along the way, he meets a chirping rat, a meowing dog, and a clown who lost his voice. These four find that they have something in common and form a circus.
